Josh Hector is a licensed Psychologist from Grenada, and a proud Caribbean National. With 11+ years of practice, he has functioned in the roles of Guidance Counsellor at Halfway-Tree Primary school in Kingston Jamaica, and Counselling Psychologist at a Barbadian agency called PAREDOS (Parent Education for Development in Barbados); out of which he was actively involved in school and community outreach programs. In Grenada he has lectured part-time at St. George’s University within the Humanities and Social Sciences Department.
Mr. Hector currently serves as the National Director of Mental Health and Substance Issues at the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Religious Affairs. He is also the founder and Senior Psychologist at Optimal Solutions; a private practice that offers counselling, psychotherapy, teletherapy, workshops, seminars, and employee assistance programs, and psychological assessment. In line with his focus on self-development, he is currently pursuing his doctorate in Clinical Psychology at California Southern University. Mr. Hector is also an Executive Council Member-at-Large within the Caribbean Alliance of National Psychological Associations (CANPA). Being a helping professional at heart, he considers it a blessing to interact with others, and share insightful tips to practical and effective living.

Shawnna Cuffie is a clinician by profession, with a MSc in Clinical and Counselling Psychology. Ms Thomas-Cuffie is synonymous with counselling advocacy and motivational training in Grenada, an avid psychologist for the past fifteen years, her tenet; “Excellence, always Excellence.”
Miss Cuffie has a deep passion for language and the arts and is also an advocate for the heritage of Grenada through formal education. She is a past educator at the Berean Christian Academy Secondary, Presentation Brothers College and St. Joseph’s Convent. During her tenure in the classroom she was an active debate, drama and choral speaking leader. Ms. Cuffie has never lost her passion for the arts. She is a holistic thinker and views life as dynamic and controlled by one’s ability to make adaptable changes of positivity for their human journey.

Solace Licensed Counselling Services is a mental health wellness centre offering counselling services to anyone in need of it. Nicole Brenda Lee Johnson-James is a licensed Clinical and Community Psychologist. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical and Community Psychology and a Bachelor of Education in Guidance and Counselling from The St. George's University. She is also a trained teacher, possesses a Diploma in Youth in Development Work from the University of the West Indies and has remained committed to lifelong learning within her field to best serve her clients and community. To this end, she has received certified training in Trauma, Conflict Resolution, Psychological First Aid, and training in working with people who have Suicidal Ideation, among others.
Mrs. Johnson-James is a practicing professional, who previously worked for 17 years as Guidance Counsellor at The Anglican High School and is currently serving as Counsellor at the Department of Hospital Services at the General Hospital and lead psychologist at Chayil Community Outreach & Therapy Services. In her private practice, she provides Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Grief Therapy and has done extensive psychoeducation work with female survivors of domestic violence. Having recognized that life is a journey not a sprint, Nicole lives by the mantra "We are all becoming"; a commitment to patience with herself and others as we grow, change, and become.

Rhonda Joseph agrees with and is a strong advocate of the systems theory. She believes that when all the systems that impact on an individual operates efficiently that person experiences holistic growth and development.
Ms. Joseph provides individual and group mental health and counselling services. She especially enjoys working with children, young people, and students. She is skilled in crisis intervention, post traumatic psychosocial recovery, academic and career education.
She has been employed as a Guidance Counsellor with the Ministry of Education for the past twenty-one (21) years. Ms. Joseph holds a Bachelors in Guidance and Counselling and a Masters in Education. She is also trained in couples therapy, therapeutic writing, somatic experiencing, and the fundamentals of addiction.
Ms. Joseph is experienced, dedicated and committed to facilitating the process for the holistic development of the individual through counselling, guidance, advocacy, and education.
